Today I took some pulled pork from the freezer and made BBQ and with that we had baked beans and I made fresh coleslaw.
Mike I've not tried the upside down baking of the crust,I'll keep that in mind next time.

Chocomouse it must be potato salad day cause that's what we had too with fried chicken and peas with snaps.
We had some more of the hamburger vegetable soup and pimento cheese sandwiches and will have some of the coconut cream pie I made last night.I was happy this morning when I cut a piece and it held it's shape and wasn't runny.That was my breakfast...pie topped with whip cream and coffee.
Last night I took a pie crust from freezer and made a fresh coconut cream pie the pie was good but my blind baking a crust not so much ,mine slid a little but the pie this morning was really good.
We're having meatloaf ,mashed potatoes and green beans.
We had a simple supper of BLT'S and fries.
Today I made a big pot of hamburger vegetable soup and fresh pimento cheese for sandwiches so we'll have plenty on these cold days.

Tonight we had a Taco salad..
Made some buttermilk biscuits to go with supper.
Tonight I fried a piece of cubed steak then made onion gravy to put the steak back in and simmer a little while,with that we had rice and garden pea salad with buttermilk biscuits.
