We had fried pork chops ,rice, lima beans and tomato gravy.
I used full fat cream cheese it was Target's brand of Good Gather and it was room temp.
Chocomouse I'm sorry yours didn't turn out mine were very good and fudgy.I went by recipe and the cream cheese batter was thick that I pushed it off the spoon with my finger,brownie batter was thick but not dry.I melted the butter in saucepan and put the sugar in it while hot as the recipe stated.I ate one of the brownies 2 days later and it was still moist. I had wrapped it in saran wrap.I used an 8x8 pan as stated.M sister in law told me the next day how she liked them and how fudgy they were that's why I wanted to share this recipe,dang it.
Your bake beans is about the same as I do but I add onion & use prepared mustard in place if dry.
I made some Old Fashioned Fudge last night that turned out good,I didn't think my thermometer would ever come up to 238* then a lot of stirring but was worth it .My husband was a happy camper.

We had leftover vegetable hamburger soup with pimento cheese sandwiches,I had bologna sandwich.
Which reminds me when we bought groceries Friday I picked up a pound of Oscar Mayer thick beef bologna and it was more than the small fryer Bologna-$7.19 fryer-$6.83 damn.

I made a pot of hamburger soup using 9 oz.of hamburger,one onion,one can of Vegetable Blend,one can of tomatoes and two potatoes,browned the meat and onions added rest of everything and threw in a handful of cut okra with salt,pepper and 2 beef bouillon .Simmered three hours and we had soup and more pimento cheese sandwiches.It's cool here but nothing like many of you have.

I baked Cream Cheese Brownies for my husbands Birthday and they were very good.I'm posting link.
Thursday was my husbands 71st Birthday and we went to Texas Road House,that's what he wanted and today we had hamburger steaks with fries.It was grocery shopping today and we found everything we wanted but Rice Krispies.
I cooked some stew beef and gravy,mashed potatoes and creamed corn.
I took ham from the freezer with that we had steamed cabbage and macaroni and tomatoes.
We had one of our favorites and easy...Taco Salad.
I fried pork chops and the rest was leftovers of stewed squash,potato salad and field peas with snaps.Good and all leftovers are gone except for cole slaw.

Tonight was eat what you can find in the fridge.I had taco meat heated with taco sauce made into a sloppy Joe and baked beans ,my husband had BBQ sandwich and canned soup.
Tonight it was leftover hamburger vegetable soup and pimento cheese sandwiches.
