Still several leftovers in the kitchen here, that's probably it for today.

I have pretzels and cheddar cheese wanting to be used. I found a recipe for chicken cutlets that uses honey mustard, crushed pretzels and cheddar cheese. Why not?

          Sounds good to me, Navlys!

I made yogurt today. We have leftover stir-fry for dinner.

We had lasagna from the freezer, and a salad with greens grown under the Gro Lights.

I haven't picked the garden in a few days, I need to do that tonight or tomorrow.

Tonight I had macaroni and cheese and Diane had tuna salad.

I made garlic butter ramen with fried eggs. The recipe has chopped spinach in it. It was good comfort food for a chilly night. Low 40s is cold here 🙂

                    That dinner sounds good, CWCdesign.

Monday's dinner was the Oven Crispy Fish and Chips with Dill Tartar Sauce, along with leftover coleslaw

Tonight we had salmon, white and red rice, and broccoli.

Salad and left over BBQ beef. My wife put cream cheese on her bun, made for an interesting change to just buttering it.

The ramen was really good, BA. I like to use the brown rice and millet ramen noodles from Lotus. You can order a big bag from Amazon. It’s a better deal than Thrive Market. I always try to find other resources before I order from Amazon, but sometimes . . .

Will made roasted potatoes and broccoli with homemade quest sauce, only this time it was cheddar with a little bit of havarti and no peppers. It was really good and we have leftovers.

I'm making a batch of barbecue sauce since I used up most of what I had left on the BBQ beef from the beef I used in the beef stock.

I made a pizza last night, red pepper, mushrooms, onion, pepperoni and sausage.

I took ham from the freezer with that we had steamed cabbage and macaroni and tomatoes.
