Skeptic7 your pancakes sounds wonderful. I made two loaves of banana bread today and gave them to my sisters in law's. I have friends coming in Friday for a couple of days and am more busy than I want to be but I love it and them.We're going down to my family and friends for the weekend.

Mike they are all chicken eggs, her hens are all enclosed in a chicken house,some of the hens are banty and eggs weighed 1.2 oz. reg . eggs weighed 2.4 oz.I still haven't cracked the big ones yet , I will soon.

I had chicken salad and I made a cucumber and tomato salad with oil , vinegar and salt and pepper with garlic powder and onion powder.I want to share a picture of eggs I got from my sister in law, so big I couldn't shut the carton, I weighed two of them and they were 3.2 ounces and 3.3ounces. I haven't cracked them yet to see if they're double yolked yet.Look at this egg.

My neighbor brought me smoked chicken, creamed corn, collards , cornbread with jalapenos and smoked brisket, that'll be my supper for several days.

I hope everyone had a good Mother's Day, mines been gone 28 years and I still miss her.

Busy day in the kitchen, I made peanut butter cookies for the poker game and a red velvet birthday cake for my best friend. I was talking on the phone when I was getting the peanut butter cookies ready almost started scooping them when I realized I had left out the egg and the vanilla so I throw them back in the mixer and said I didn't have nothing to lose but to go ahead and bake it and I mixed it back up and they turned out perfect.
