I roasted a fresh salmon fillet, baked sweet potato and broccoli.
BakerAunt, it looks like our menus are similar. I bought pork chops for tomorrow and the next couple of days.
Joan, this is the most snow we have had in a number of years. Most years are lighter but every now and then we get hit. We had snow 10 days in a row now. Most days it was not a lot but we had a pretty good amount a couple of days ago.

Today's high was 24 and that felt pretty good! Temp forecast is looking good, 30's and maybe 40 next Tuesday.
I don't know about you, but I've had enough snow for the year.

I also put in a quarter cup of almond flour and oats. They came out pretty good and I have leftovers for tomorrow.

Mike, glad to hear that your surgery went well.
Tonight was the same as last night, stuffed pepper, cheese tortellini and broccoli. I found a container of homegrown tomato sauce in the freezer that I warmed up the pepper in.
Chocomouse, at least you have blueberries for another project!
Tonight I made a batch of my sandwich buns.

I made stuffed red bell peppers and had one with mashed potatoes. There are enough left for the next several days, I'll just change up the sides.
Tonight was a pork chop, noodles and broccoli.
I made salmon patties from canned salmon. Had it with whipped sweet potato and green beans.
My recipe doesn't call for water, it calls for milk. This past year or so, I too have been using buttermilk instead of regular milk. I have also upped the quantity from 8 to 9 ounces.
I've never had any luck making hot dog buns either. I will usually buy them when needed.
