Joan, I'm not familiar with that one but I'd sure give it a try!
I had a hamburger and side of cauliflower. Before dinner I made some blueberry compote and for dessert I had some with vanilla ice cream.

I made a pepperoni pizza with Shaboom's crust recipe. Anyone remember her from the old KAF circle?
June 3, 2026 at 5:18 pm #49382Yes, I remember Shaboom! I used to visit her website frequently, and used several of her recipes. But I don't see it online anymore.
June 3, 2026 at 7:04 pm #49383I think she rebranded her website, possibly due to intellectual property issues, but I haven't found anything about that online, or maybe she just got tired of doing it.
The wayback machine still has her pages: https://web.archive.org/web/20260308164616/http://shaboomskitchen.com/
The wayback machine is harder for me to use these days, my ISP and my browser both classify it as a suspicious website.
I tried searching for Carol Stevens (her name), didn't find anything.
June 3, 2026 at 7:08 pm #49384we had salads with tuna fish tonight.
June 3, 2026 at 7:27 pm #49385When we were at the local grocery store yesterday for our weekly shopping trip, I found pork tenderloin at a good price, so on Wednesday, I made Maple-Glazed Pork Tenderloin for dinner, and halved roasted baby potatoes. We were going to have a salad, but we had a family phone call, so we had microwaved frozen peas instead.
June 3, 2026 at 7:39 pm #49386At my friends today and we had corn dogs and chips.
June 3, 2026 at 10:34 pm #49387I roasted a pork tenderloin, cauliflower, and made a simple tomato sauce from some store bought tomatoes that needed to be used, had it with some macaroni.
June 4, 2026 at 9:08 am #49389I made Pumpkin Chickpea Curry soup the other day and am now eating it with cheese sandwiches.
Grilled cheese sandwiches is an easy meal when you don't want to wash dishes.June 4, 2026 at 5:14 pm #49393Rice noodles with spicy peanut sauce.
June 4, 2026 at 7:03 pm #49394We had BLT's on the bread I baked a couple of days ago.
June 4, 2026 at 7:33 pm #49395My cousin brought me some home grown tomatoes and I had tomato sandwich with yogurt.
June 4, 2026 at 8:12 pm #49398I had an artichoke that I steamed before I went to PT and then put it in the fridge. I made Cheater's Aoili from Cookie and Kate which was very good. I also made half a pita with melted cheese to get in some dairy/protein.
June 4, 2026 at 9:13 pm #49400I had the first slice of my Asparagus Goat Cheese Quiche for lunch today. It is the best I have made.
For dinner, we each had a slice of leftover sourdough pan pizza and a nice salad featuring cherry tomatoes from the farmers market.
June 5, 2026 at 4:26 pm #49402Yesterday I made a stir fry with some leftover pork tenderloin, carrots and cauliflower. I seasoned it with some stir fry seasoning from The Spice House, dried chives, a pinch of garlic powder, the drippings from the roasted tenderloin and some homemade chicken stock from the freezer. It was very good. I had it with rice.
I'll probably do something similar for tonight's dinner although I got groceries today, so I have more veggies to choose from.
