I had corn on the cob and cucumbers in Italian dressing. Light just what I need!
I made sheet pan chicken fajitas and green beans. I don't bother with the tortillas
For Sunday dinner, I roasted four chicken thighs. I rubbed them with olive oil. I sprinkled two with Justice Seasoning and the other two with Tavuk Harci, a seasoning/coating mix that a neighbor who traveled to Turkey gave us. It is slightly spicy, so I did the ones that I will eat with it and did Scott's with the Justice blend. We had more potato salad with the chicken, as well as microwaved fresh broccoli. Our dessert was slices of the chocolate olive oil cake that I baked yesterday with blood orange glaze
I made hamburgers, green beans with mushrooms and carrots.
Had a serving of chicken soup in the freezer so made that with garlic bread.
Making boneless chicken thighs sprinkled with justice, garlic and salt.
Monday night's dinner was the rest of the potato salad and chicken thighs, along with microwaved frozen peas.
I ain't ever done this before but it was ice cream ...don't judge 🙂
No way I'm judging Joan!
Way back when, Michael and I would have occasional ice cream dinners, sometimes sundaes. Living in New England, we did not have AC, so when it got way too hot, we would do that. The most fun was the first time we told our sons, probably 3 and 7 that we were going to have ice cream for dinner, they were really surprised and started laughing. We did not do it often, but it's a great memory. Thanks for reminding me Joan - I'm smiling now.
Joan, what flavor of ice cream?

Glad I made you smile Cwcdesign , Kimbob and Len it was Nutty Buddy ice cream cones and yes I had 2 or maybe three!!!! Damn it was good lol!
I did better tonight I had chicken salad , crackers and yogurt.
