I made a large batch of coleslaw so it's hotdog and slaw. I just put a 10 pound shoulder pork roast in the oven for pulled pork this weekend this is how it looked before cooking.My son told me how to bake it in the oven overnight and I made one for Memorial Day that turned out awesome. I rubbed it all over heavy with Dijon mustard and then gave it a good cover of "Holy Cow BBQ rub Meat Church "

Today I had a chef salad.

Len your Patty melt looks wonderful to me. Tomato sandwich is just bread and mayonnaise with salt and pepper, but you can add whatever you like,today I added onions and ham, my photo is from yesterday

I made another loaf of banana bread for my sister in law.

I had a tomato sandwich and made refrigerator pickles with all the cucumbers my friends gave me.

No cooking for me tonight I had a tomato sandwich first one this summer.

I had hot wings at my friends tonight with potato salad.

Today I had two hotdogs.I've had Mediacom to my home two days in a row trying to get my internet fixed.Finally I got it this afternoon.

I baked two loaves of banana bread to take to my friends tomorrow.

I had the last of the roast on a roll with cantaloupe on the side.

I had hamburger patty with leftover squash and onions, fresh sauteed okra and banana pepper on the side. Cantaloupe for dessert later.

I went to eat with my sister in law and had a fish sandwich and fries.

Tonight I made fresh sautéed squash and onions and with that roast and gravy from the freezer on a roll.

Thanks for the sweet comments on my pies,they turned out really good and I substituted sour cream for buttermilk.
