I made 2 batches of brownies today and they were both good.I found this recipe on one of the sites I visit on Facebook Mom's Recipe Collection it's for making ahead of times placing in ziplock bags then just adding the oil, vanilla and eggs when you make it up. I just made it regular but I also tried it with self rising flour to see if it'd work for my sister-in- law (she doesn't use regular ap flour for anything)She's not a baker and doesn't like to cook but loves brownies.They have been a go for me , pretty tasty.

Brownie mix

1-cup sugar
1/2-cup ap flour
1/3-cup cocoa powder
1/4-tsp.salt
1/4-tsp.baking powder
Add
2-eggs
1/2-cup oil
1-tsp. vanilla
Mix together pour in 8x8 pan bake 350* for 25- 30 minutes.

4.99 is ridiculous ,thankful my sister in law just gave me a dozen fresh eggs from her chickens.I had a calzone I bought yesterday while shopping, was pretty good with grapes and a banana.

I had a hamburger and chips yesterday and plan to have another one today with a bowl of the lentil soup.Rainy weather here so that sounds good to me.I watched Reba sing The National Anthem and the last 5 minutes of the game and overtime.I was puzzling in the dining room with my sister in law but heard the game.I agree Mike most of the halftime acts are not my taste.I wanted to see the commercials but I'll Google them later too.
