Yesterday I had a burger from Dairy Queen then we went to play cards,tonight I'm making a pot of venison chili,we've had rain and thunderstorms all day so this seems like a good choice.
I had a salad and a pizza on a flour tortilla, just right.

I had sausage, stewed squash and a salad.
I had black peppered bacon, eggs and raisin toast. So good on this cold and damp day.

I had Healthy Choice General Tso spicy chicken and it was really good.
Everyone loved the cookies ,peanut butter ones were for my friend that brought me a load of dirt and spreaded it out where the hurricane took the big cedar out of the front yard last year.My front yard had been like a mine field but I wasn't worried , I figured it would get done in time. I baked 2 apple pies today ,one for my sister -n- law and one for my niece that's coming for a visit.I have enjoyed baking again.

Good luck Mike and Diane on your journey for weight loss I have found out half the battle is a mind thing.The protein is important for me and I love jerky and it's full of great protein.I'm going to learn to make it too as it's quite expensive.
I broke my KitchenAid mixer in this week, I made pie crusts 5 for the freezer. I baked oatmeal cookies that I took with me to play cards Friday night. I made a batch of peanut butter cookies for a friend .My birthday was Friday March 1st and I had a great day.69 years old and am thankful for each day the Lord gives me.
