I baked a 5# turkey breast, dressing out of the freezer, sweet potato souffle with marshmallows on top, cranberry sauce and a store bought Edwards lemon pie.Our neighbor brought over a couple pounds of smoked Boston butt so we had a BBQ sandwich and pie for dessert for supper.Lots of leftovers.
Happy Thanksgiving to you all,after dinner today I went and visited my sister so I enjoyed my day!
No cooking here today my husband had a pineapple sandwich and I had peanut butter and jam with a glass of milk.
We love the canned cranberry sauce with dressing.I don't like the whole cranberry sauce except in a jello salad.
I cooked turnip and mustard greens today and with that we had potato salad and cornbread.I was cooking them for Thanksgiving but hubby wanted some tonight,still have plenty.

Today was grocery shopping for me first time since I've gotten over Covid and I was tired.Target and Publix but I got almost everything I needed.So for supper I had another slaw dog and chips,my husband had a hamburger steak and a baked potato.
Not much cooking here today we had slaw dogs, and home cut fries.
I fried a large chicken breast which we halved, rice and gravy with creamed corn.
We had salmon patties, cheese grits and fresh coleslaw.
Tonight I pan fried some cubed pork,baked sweet potato and green beans.

Thank you all for the prayers, I am a believer in the power of prayer and I can feel the healing in my body.I am getting my strength back but am not overdoing around here.We have a mighty God and I know he'll take care of me.

I had to go back to doctor and I tested positive for the damn Covid.I'm staying in my room my husband is taking care of me.So you won't see me on here for awhile I still can smell and taste but am so weak I couldn't hardly standup to shower.Ya'll stay safe.
