I had leftover BBQ porkchops and my husband had soup and sandwich.
Hey Patty/Toffee welcome back.The only rolls I've made near Outback bread was the Dark Soft Restaurant Rolls from KAF and they were Ok I didn't have caramel color but used a tad of molasses for color.Hope your bread turns out good.
I baked oatmeal cookie bars today.
I fired the smoker up and smoked pork chops nice center cut but they were tough,corn and baked beans.
We had Mexican casserole.

I'm glad you liked the coffee cake Italiancook.I'm fixing to make one now to take to my husbands uncle's home,he's like a brother to him.He has been sent home with hospice,he was on dialysis and they can't do anymore.
The strudel looks nice to me,I know it was good.
I fired up the grill and grilled us a porterhouse steak with a baked potato,we shared the steak and I have fresh strawberry shortcake for dessert later on.
We went grocery shopping today so I picked up chicken tenders and fries from a local fast food.
Pizza of sausage,onion,green pepper,pepperoni,black olives,and pickled banana peppers.My husband had soup and sandwich.
It's still hot here too 86*.I made pizza dough and made a pizza.
We had hamburger steaks with onions and french fries.
We had taco salad.
I have a loaf of KA sandwich loaf rising now I made it with 2 cups of white and 1 cup of wheat,it's rising now.
I finally bought a scale to weigh the flour,I did compare what I'd been doing with the fluff and spoon method I wasn't much off.It will be a learning process for me.I first started weighing and I had it on the wrong setting figured that out quick lol.oz.,lb. g. or kg.I went by a cup of flour =120g.We'll see how it works out.
Baked it weighs 709g. and is 4 inches tall.I'll cut it later,looks nice.
It turned out great with good crumb and cut well,I'm happy.
