We had pan fried cubed pork,leftover candied sweet potatoes and creamed corn,and I made a cheesecake for dessert.

We had hamburger steaks and fries.
Mike I hope your wife is doing well with her shoulder and the physical therapy.
We had baked pork tenderloin,broccoli and cheese sauce and candied sweet potatoes.
I went to visit my sister today,took her some banana bread.Her daughter and granddaughter came and we all sat outside and visited about 2 hours.We all enjoyed the visit.
No cooking here tonight all leftovers of chicken-n-dressing,butter beans,beets and cranberry sauce.
Our's have slowed up a lot but we still have them.I saw one today on a site that was solid white.
We had fried cubed pork,thickened potatoes and leftover peas with snaps.
Last night we had fried pork chops,steamed cabbage and macaroni and cheese.
I know how that feels to not have a good seal after all the work of canning,hope it seals up tonight Mike.
Tonight we had left over roast and gravy from the freezer and with that we had mashed sour cream potatoes and fried okra.

I baked two loaves of banana bread today,will gift one to somebody.
I boiled a half chicken and some backs I had frozen for chicken stock put all the meat in the dressing used leftover corn bread and made chicken-n-dressing,with that we had green butter beans and leftover macaroni salad and beets and canned cranberry sauce.Enough leftovers for another meal later in the week.
