My husband cooked pork in a skillet on the stove. I roasted cubed sweet potatoes. We also had microwaved fresh broccoli.
I had a left over pork chop, baked sweet potato and cauliflower and carrots.
Leftovers and salad here.
I'm gong to make Pasta Fagiole today. Typing that made me do a mental inventory of my pastina supply. It's precariously low, but I think I have enough for today. Pastina is sold at only one store here, and that's not the store my husband went to yesterday. Maybe I'll break up angel hair pasta and use that instead of dipping into my dwindling pastina supply.
We had hamburger steaks and fries, easy.
I had a salad with tuna fish.
I made a stir fry with a left over pork chop, had it with brown rice.
Leftover lasagna with salad.
We had oyster stew tonight.
I made yogurt on Thursday. For lunch, I made a curried soup using roasted Autumn Frost squash, chicken broth, Fage Greek yogurt, and Penzey's Now Curry.
For dinner on Thursday, I made Tarragon Chicken, Mushrooms, and Rice, which we had with microwaved fresh broccoli
We had spaghetti and meat sauce with garlic toast.
Tonight I made beef stroganoff, with asparagus and a green salad.
We had reubens and salad.
I made pork schnitzel yesterday and had a schnitzel sandwich for dinner. Tonight will be leftover, I think I might make pasta to go with it.
I pan fried a piece of cube steak, mashed potatoes and creamed corn.
