Whew! The bulk of the recipes I saved are now posted with the completion of twin2stwin. Mike - when you get a few minutes can you run a new list? I know I missed a few here and there due to having recipes on two different computers. I will double check the list and add the missing ones. I don't think there are many but I want make sure I capture all I have saved.

If anyone has recipes they saved and are not able to post - email them to me and I will post them. My email address in on Swirth's list.

Once I double check all the recipes I'm going to start posting the threads I have. FAQ will be first!

Wow! I knew there were quite a few but I never actually kept track of how many I posted. I just finished sweetielola's this morning. I am getting close to the end. Then I want to double check. I want to make sure I didn't miss any.

This week I grilled a whole turkey. Two kinds of stuffing and broccoli for the accompaniments. We also had hot turkey sandwiches to finish off the last of the leftovers.

I use a similar method of cooking an eye of the round but on the grill. I have done it in the oven in the dead of winter when I can't (won't) grill.

                http://bbqpitboys.com/recipes/seared-eye-round-roast-beef/

I didn't follow these instructions exactly. I don't sear the roast before putting it the pan. I also bank the coals on each side of the pan for more even heat. The roast is always tender and juicy. And it requires very little attention once it is on the grill.

When I put this in the oven I set the oven to the lowest temp too instead of turning it off. I was afraid of the oven cooling too quickly as well. The last thing I wanted was uncooked meat at the end of the cooking time!

I don't use a lot of salt either. I tend to reduce it in almost everything - dessert included. I'm curious as to why the increased salt resulted in a more flavorful cookie. I would have thought just the opposite.

This was kind of a boring week. I grilled burgers and teriyaki chicken. Plus corn on the cob and zucchini and mushrooms.

I baked on both ends of the week. Sunday I made the pan cubano bread that I then used for more of the sandwiches since there was pork left over.

I also made two loaves of banana bread for our church rummage and and bake sale on Friday.

I made Lechón Asado Roast Pork for Pan Cubano sandwiches. I didn't have time to make the bread for the sandwiches so I used grocery store fluffy Italian rolls. I cut the middles out so they weren't too thick. They toasted up really well. I will be making this again as it was a big hit.

Pizza and grilled hot dogs rounded out the week.

I made two loaves of banana bread for the freezer. I froze them in halves so there wouldn't be so much temptation.
