I am cooking chicken breasts with asiago ,prosciutto and sage. I bought the prosciutto because I had a deli coupon and then had to find a recipe to use with it. Thank you internet!

That's funny that you mention brownies. I made some today also and decided to bake them in my toaster-convection breville oven. I didn't lower the 350 temp because I thought 300 was too low but then I didn't know how to adjust. Why can't we take the" thermatemp" of brownies like we do bread?

Because I'm exhausted from exercising and food shopping I revised my menu from spicy skewered shrimp with pineapple to breakfast for dinner that is cheddar cheese and sausage filled omelets with fried potato patties and toasted homemade potato bread with cinnamon pear jam.

I made brownies and topped them off with andies crunchy mint candies when they came out of the oven. The candy really ups the game.

The rotten smells and decaying organisms is enough to dissuade me.

I made pork tenderloin from a "Saveur" recipe that called for two grapefruits. I only used 1 grapefruit and squeezed the juice remaining after I supremed the fruit. I marinated the pork for a few hours. I only baked the tenderloin for 25 minutes and I reduced marinade to make a sauce. It was deeelicious.
If you are interested just look up pork tenderloin and grapefruit and recipe should come up.

Thanks for all your help. I found the recipe. It is blintz loaf by Franciepad. I used her recipe as a jumping off point and made a recipe using bisquick and a full sick of butter and 4T sugar. I baked it longer than 40 minutes, covering it with foil a end. Anyway my husband and guests loved it. I served it with maple syrup and sausage on side.

Ok received a free week of meals from Blue Apron. I cooked things I would not normally make. The last meal I made was orange & mirin glazed cod with barley and broccoli salad. If I hated to food shop (which I enjoy) I would consider using BA more often. The broccoli was so fresh I considered eating it raw. The whole meal was excellent.
