Also I found butter buy one get one free at Publix which was 6.39 for 2 pounds so I got 4 pounds.

I have subbed sour cream in my Banana bread recipe and it worked fine, just as good if not better.

November 14, 2022 at 10:48 pm in reply to: What are you Cooking the Week of November 13, 2022? #37156Last night we had chargrilled chicken breast, mashed potatoes and leftover green butter beans and the coffee cake for dessert.Tonight we had breakfast for supper smoked sausage,eggs, grits and toast.
I made a coffee cake from box cake mix that my mom use to make called a "Sock-it-to-me cake" and it turned out well so that'll be our snack for a while. It's a bundt cake with a layer of streusel in the middle and drizzled with icing.
Tonight we had hamburger steaks with fries.
We had chicken potpie from leftover baked chicken.
We had chili tonight ,wish I had some of your cinnamon rolls Mike! The rolls sure looked good.
Tonight we had taco salads.
