I baked my pumpkin pie today. I did add another egg, it turned out well. I had some extra filling I baked in custard cups ,taste good.
Chili and a hotdog.

I have a question,I mistakenly picked up low fat 2 percent evaporated canned milk for the pies I will be making.Will that be OK or do you think I need regular evaporated?I've always used regular.I'm making pumpkin pies.
Yesterday I had Caesar chicken salad and tonight it will be chili and a hotdog.
I baked 2 sugar pie pumpkins yesterday and pureed them, will make a pumpkin pie soon.I also roasted the seeds and there was a lot of seeds,when they were cleaned and dry I tossed them with oil and added some chili powder, cumin, salt, paprika and garlic powder they turned out well.
So glad you're back Mike, I was thinking it was on my end.
I had a big lunch at the Waffle House thrifting today with my friend, so it was an apple for supper and coffee.
I had a banana sandwich for supper,had a big breakfast of venison sausage with eggs and toast this morning.
Grilled chicken and Caesar Salad.
I had a grilled cheese and a banana.
I had a salami and tomato sandwich with fruit.
I had a repeat of venison chili and a hot dog.
