I made Taco salad...easy and fast!
I like to peel it and cut it like french fries flour and deep fry.
Baked a pork loin roast, mashed potatoes and fresh cooked carrots.
I made lima bean soup with left over,limas,rice,tomato and added onion,celery and carrot in chicken stock turned out well.
Love dressing and cranberry sauce anytime!

We had meatloaf,thickened potatoes and garden peas.
We got some rain but we've had a wet summer,not complaining though,nothing from the storm.Thankful for you Bev!
Tonight we had cubed pork,rice & tomatoes with lima beans.

Tonight I marinated boneless chicken breasts which I had pounded with cast iron meat mallet that was my Granddaddy's has prongs on one side for cubing and the other looks like a hatchet with wooden handle my favorite thing in my kitchen that's really old.I marinated them in Italian dressing with lemon juice and honey then put in cast iron fry pan with a little butter and the marinade with thinly sliced onions cooked till all the sauce was gone and it was really good!Tender and juicy,with that we had a baked potato and corn.
