No cooking here today just having a sandwich.Oh Mike I did buy some of the Genoa Salami and got them to shave it like you suggested and it's very good that way.
I've been baking in disposable pans for along time,I like the way they always brown up and get nice and brown better than some of my glass or metal pie pans.I do put it on a dark pizza pan but never have preheated the pan.
Missed it.
