Looks good RiversideLen!
I made a new recipe I found on Taste of Home called Country Crust Sourdough. It also used yeast but I only made half recipe and added 2 teaspoons of yeast. The bread was very good and was a full 5 1/2 inches tall .The crumb was good for a sourdough it was very light and tender.I will make this again and will use less yeast and see how it does.It rose very fast.I wanted sourdough but didn't want to wait overnight. It was baked in a 8x4 pan and baked at 375 for 30 minutes and had a beautiful brown crust.I was happy.
I added the recipe to the files.

Mike we appreciate all that you do for our group, thanks! And I'm learning!
Tonight we had cubed pork, green butter beans and I used left over squash to make a squash casserole.
I wanted to pick the right one but didn't...lol.
No cooking here, left over meatloaf sandwich and corn chips.
I had no idea, never heard this term.
I baked a pork tenderloin, green beans with new red potatoes and stewed squash.

Today I baked a recipe I found on FB for brownies. It was for a mix to make up and put in pantry for using like a mix.It was very good, moist I think I could cut down on oil a little but am happy with it.
Brownie Mix
1-cup sugar
1/2 -flour
1/3-cup cocoa
1/4-tsp.salt
1/4-tsp.baking powder
Add:2-egg
1/2-cup oil
1-tsp.vanilla
Mix up and bake at 350* in 8x8 greased pan for 20-25 min. I used special dark cocoa that's what I have in pantry. They turned out very good.Do y'all think cutting down on oil would work? I was thinking like 1/3 cup oil instead of a half cup.I couldn't find the originator of the recipe it had been shared a zillion times.
