I couldn't read the second article you posted Mike but I do use butter and sour cream,salt and pepper and they're pretty good.

I made some BBQ pork,red new potato salad with the skins on and fresh cole slaw.My husband didn't care for the BBQ but two out of three ain't bad lol.
