I saw my doctor today and he said I could start using my right hand/arm with restrictions still in place. That basically means that I can use things like measuring cups and baking pans that don't put a strain on my shoulder. It does help that I use a scale and my KA mixer sits on my countertop.
I'm planning on starting with the English Muffin Toasting Bread as it's a batter bread - no kneading. I want to use half AP half White Whole Wheat which is pretty straightforward but I also want to incorporate some Harvest Grains Blend. What accommodations do I need to make to incorporate them? Here is a link to the recipe

Thank you
CWCdesign--You didn't say how much of the Harvest Grains you wanted to use. Since the recipe is 3 cups of flour, you might start with 1/4 to 1/3 cup. If you use the 1/4 cup, I suggest just adding them in. You might need a little more liquid due to half whole wheat and the Harvest Grains. If you plan to use more than 1/4 cup, you might reduce the flour a bit or use more liquid.
Let us know how your experiment goes.
