I had a vegetable plate with squash and onions, sliced tomatoes and refrigerator pickles .

Welcome back home Mike and your trip sounds like you had a really good time!

Yesterday we had BBQ, coleslaw and baked beans, today we had hotdogs, sausages ,coleslaw and coconut cake for dessert.

BakerAunt and Len your stir fry makes me hungry, I love them. I baked the pork roast and it turned out really good, my house smelled divine last night. I'll have a BBQ tonight with coleslaw. Here's my BBQ.It had really good bark on it.

BakerAunt all my friends keep me in ripe or frozen bananas , I don't mind because I love to give it away. Today is National Peanut Butter Cookie Day so I made them for the poker game tomorrow night. Also made a Coconut cake for Saturday at my friends.

I made a large batch of coleslaw so it's hotdog and slaw. I just put a 10 pound shoulder pork roast in the oven for pulled pork this weekend this is how it looked before cooking.My son told me how to bake it in the oven overnight and I made one for Memorial Day that turned out awesome. I rubbed it all over heavy with Dijon mustard and then gave it a good cover of "Holy Cow BBQ rub Meat Church "

Len your Patty melt looks wonderful to me. Tomato sandwich is just bread and mayonnaise with salt and pepper, but you can add whatever you like,today I added onions and ham, my photo is from yesterday
