I made sloppy Joe's out of venison from the freezer,mashed potatoes and creamed corn.My husband had his over mashed potatoes and I had mine over one of the rolls I cooked a few days ago.

We had chargrilled chicken,macaroni and cheese and leftover pink eye peas.
I made the dough for pizza crust this morning and let it sit on the counter all day,my pizza was awesome. Ever since someone here told me about using only 1/4 tsp of yeast and letting it set all day I've done this and it's so easy and good.
I made homemade pizza for me with pepperoni,onion,banana peppers,black olives and cheese.My husband had leftover hamburger patty and eggs.
We had cheese burgers and fries tonight.
I baked Moomie's hamburger buns today and they were excellent.I had 8 nice size buns and it held up good for a cheese burger that we had for supper.My husband ate his on light bread so I have 7 buns left for me.Now I wish I had only made 3 or 4 and made a small pan of cinnamon rolls with half the dough.
We had sausage,leftover rice and tomato gravy, lima beans and buttermilk biscuits.All our leftovers are gone too.
Tonight we had chargrilled chicken,fresh stewed squash, cucumbers in vinegar with a little sugar salt and pepper, and leftover butter beans.
Mike my son is a great smoker of meats and he told me if your smoke chips burn out not to worry all your flavor of the smoke wood will be in the first 30 min to an hour, no need to add more smoke wood.
I love anything smoked. Sounds like you'll be enjoying some brisket soon!
We had Stew beef with carrots, potatoes and onion over corn bread.
Spaghetti and meat sauce with garlic toast.
I had some apples I had cooked to keep from throwing them away,added some sugar,butter and cinnamon.They weren't getting ate so I had one pie crust in freezer I cut that in fourths and made 4 apple turnovers,rolled the dough saucer size dolloped on apples then folded over and crimped edges with a fork,brushed with milk and sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon-baked at 375 for 25 minutes and they are really good and was easy too.I had one when they cooled will have another tonight.
We had fried cubed pork,rice and tomato gravy and dry lima beans.
I cooked a chicken beast with onions and mushrooms, baked sweet potato and green beans.
