I thought that this recipe for a 10-inch Bundt pan zucchini cake looked very good, and it uses a lot of zucchini. The glaze is interesting, too, in that it uses some granulated sugar along with the powdered sugar:

That looks like a good recipe to try. The spices topped with the lemon glaze combo is interesting.
