Hello Baking Circle, I am Rascals daughter Jan. I want to thank each of you for you fellowship with her. She has talked about some moving, and their travels and others with their adventures in baking and changing recipes around that has encouraged her to try different variations of bread. She has a bowl with the names of ones she talks with on paper in it and takes each name out every night to pray for them.
She isn't doing to well right now and I thought you might like to know.

I've never tried pizza dough, with all the different types and recipes I didn't know which one to try. I don't like real thick or real thin ones. I just need one basic recipe.LOl

I was given a bushel of sweet potatoes, was wondering about substituting some of them for the pumpkin in pumpkin bread. What's your thoughts?

It was my go to shop place also, good to hear they are back open. When they closed something gave me the idea they were going to reopen can't remember what it was though. Maybe I'll get a catalog soon, hope so.
