I made my healthier version of my mom's hamburger stroganoff for dinner tonight. For me, it is one of my top comfort foods. We also had microwaved frozen peas.
We had deviled eggs and tuna salad on a bed of lettuce.
Caesar salad, peaches and cottage cheese.
We had leftover stir-fry for dinner on Thursday.
We had onion soup from the freezer.
There are frost warnings out for parts of SE Nebraska tonight and the low on Sunday is currently forecast to be 29. BRRRRR! And just a few days ago it was in the high 80's here.
Yesterday I made a pizza with leftover pork roast and onion. I had enough left over for today's breakfast and have some left for tomorrow's.
Tonight I had left over pork roast, pasta and kale.
Ah, yes, Len. Breakfast Pizza rocks!
We had leftover hamburger stroganoff over mixed rice and grains, along with microwaved fresh broccoli.
I had 2 hotdogs and some coffee cake.
I made some pasta sauce (celery, onion, carrot, tomato and ground beef) and had it with spaghetti.
Saturday night's dinner was Crispy Oven Fish and Chips with Dill Tartar Sauce and the rest of the coleslaw.
We had French Onion soup again on Saturday.
