Tried some of the all-butter croissants at Costco yesterday, not bad but I think the homemade ones are a bit more crisp.

I'm making a batch of rye/wheat/semolina buns right now. I will withhold a little of the dough (2 buns worth) and use it to make a pizza for dinner.

On Wednesday, I baked Soft Oatmeal Raisin Walnut Cookies. These are comfort food cookies, which we needed after the previous two days (see member news for details).

I did Hot Cross Buns based on a Potato Roll recipe. Less fat and a chewier texture than the last batch.

I baked Whole Wheat Sourdough Cheese Crackers on Friday from dough I made last week. I'm glad it survived our two power outages.

I'm planning on making a loaf of bread tomorrow - candidates include Harvest Grains Bread, the Chewy Semolina Rye Bread (in the long baker) or Mike's Semolina whole wheat.

Question for Mike - I don't have a 10x4.5" pan. Do you think the large Pullman (13x4) would work?
