INSTRUCTIONS
Tortellini Spinach Soup

1 TB butter
4 garlic cloves minced sauté these together

2 – 141/2 oz chicken broth
9 0z tortellini
¼ cup Parmesan cheese add and simmer

add salt and pepper

then add 14-1/2 oz stewed tomatoes
½ bunch of spinach, or 1 frozen small box chopped
6 fresh basil or 1 tsp. of dried

This is one I must try very soon. My granddaughter is vegetarian (at the moment) and I'm always looking for something tasty for lunch. She and my daughter come over on Sundays for a visit and this soup sounds perfect. The ingredients are already in my pantry! Thanks for posting all these recipes.
