1 1/2 T balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 T soy sauce
1 1/2 T maple syrup
1/2 t pepper
1 1/2lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
Dry thighs. Salt thighs. Heat 1T oil in saute pan on med.hi. Brown chicken 3 to 4 min/side. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over chicken. Let reduce til sauce like. Top with parsley.
