An email from Nordic Ware included this lovely decoration idea that uses white chocolate:
An interesting idea, though I probably wouldn't use coconut oil, I'd be more likely to add cocoa butter.
Might be even more fun if you had a supply of the ruby chocolate.
That's very interesting, I've wondered if you could do something like that. I wonder if regular butter would work just as well.
