Grandma Jean's Cheesecake
30 Graham Crackers, Crushed
1 Stick Margerine
2 T Powdered Sugar
Combine crushed graham crackers, margerine and powdered sugar. Press into a 9" square baking dish, reserving some to use as topping. Refrigerate while you assemble the remaining ingredients.
1 Small Box Lemon Jello, or flavor of choice
1 Cup Boiling water
1 8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Small Can Milnot, Whipped
Combine Jello and boiling water, Stirring until completly combined. Refrigerate until Jello is jiggly but not set. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients, mixing well to ensure that cream cheese is incorporated smoothly. Stir down sides of bowl. Stir in Jello and mix well. Pour into refrigerated crust. Return to refrigerator for several hours until set.
