I made 128 hot cross buns last night (4 batches), most of them are in sets of 8 in boxes like this.
Very nice. Are they keto friendly?
No, but they're small, around 40 grams each so in moderation they're not too bad.
We had fun handing them out to friends and neighbors yesterday.
Very nice. Were these baked in a 8 or 9 inch cake pan.
They look very good!
Your hot cross buns look great Mike I know you're friends were happy.
We had one box left over, and I broke into it today, they're still nice and soft, so the boxes I bought were a good idea in more ways than just making them easier to carry around to give out.
I baked Easter Bread for my family (and friends). 1--12 x 5 (with a cross), 4--4 1/2 x 8 1/2, 3--3 x 7, 4--3 x 5, 2--10" round cheese filled and 2--12 x 5 almond filled twist loaves. Then I baked an "Easter Lamb Cake" in my Grandmother's cast iron cake mold. I think it might be over 100 years old. I am over 80 and have had it 60+ years! I am trying to send pictures--unsuccessful so far! MaryJane
Sorry--NOT the pictures I was trying to send!!! MJ
LOL! Try it again, MJ. Nice cinnamon rolls, though. 🙂
Thanks, Mike. Unfortunately, the Cinnamon Rolls are NOT mine! I don't know how the picture got there. I will ask my daughter to help me post pictures. 😣 MJ
I yanked the photo, might have been one I posted some time ago, but I'm not sure why it showed up in your post.
