      Cream Cheese Frosting

      8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
      8 oz. Butter, softened
      2 tsp lemon juice
      2 tsp vanilla extract
      1 1/2 lbs. Confectioner's sugar (approx.)
      Cream together cream cheese and butter. Beat in lemon juice and vanilla. Beat in confectioner's sugar. To adjust consistency, add more or less confectioner's sugar.
