BakerAunt.I heard on the radio today about Donut Day tomorrow. They said the # 1 favorite in the US is the glazed donut. I was surprised. They said the highest donut consumption is in Canada. I think the US was second.
I know at LaMars the raised glazed is #1 and the old-fashioned sour cream cake donut is #2. But my personal favorite is the regular cake donut with chocolate icing.
My favorite is glazed regular.
My fav is the cake donut with chocolate frosting and coconut. My second fav is one of each.
Love the raspberry filled!! or lemon filled. But have one of those only about twice a year and never eat any other kind. Donuts settle in the pit of stomach...
I like the maple-glazed ones.
