      Have to clean out freezer. I have some filets that I bought on sale (of course). They are grass fed. Hmnm...not as tasty as grain fed that’s for sure. So to use them up I’m slicing them in strips and stir frying with onions and peppers and serving with TJ’s cauliflower stir fry mix which is new to me. Six more meals in freezer and 8 days left.?

        Ok pizza cutter,garlic press. Can opener,bench knife,mini food processor,pizza stone,ka bread whisk,herb cutter,mouli cheese grater,citrus squeezer,rasp,thermapen,Pizza peel,kitchen scissors....

          I ended up flouring the steaks (cube) and briefly sauteeing in oil with onions. I threw the whole pan contents with celery and beef bouillon and spices into crockpot. It cooked on low for 5 hours. It was tasty and tender. My husband said it tasted like Salisbury steak.

            I bought cube steaks on sale. I buy everything "on sale" and then ask myself what I'm going to do with the items. Any ideas?

              Chicken fajitas . Sautéed onions and peppers. Sprinkled chicken with taco seasonings and cumin and s&p. Stir fried chicken and wrapped all in microwaved flour tortillas. I spread a little mayo on the tortillas before wrapping .

                Made island pork tenderloin from Pinterest. I made the spice mix and glaze ahead so it was a quick meal and delicious with rice and leftover coleslaw.

                    As an example, I remember an appetizer I had several years back of antipasto squares made with pasta sheets. They could be hand held. Whenever I search for antipasto squares with pasta I get the Pillsbury crescent recipe. The internet searches have become corrupted by commercialization. IMHO.

                      I did baby back ribs in crockpot. I take the sheath off the ribs, sprinkle them with various seasonings , pour in a little apple juice and then cover with bbq sauce 3/4 way through. Fall of the bone ribs.

                          I’ve never had success with Jiffy corn bread mix. I think I may have hit paydirt by adding the following:
                          1/4 c skim milk (what we drink)
                          1/4 c sour cream
                          1 3/4 Tbls.honey
                          2 Tbls. corn
                          2 Tbls. cheddar cheese
                          1 egg

                          I bake this at 375* for 19 min. Do not overtake. Makes 6 muffins.

                            I made chicken fajitas with corn on the cob and cole slaw. I kinda cheated on the spice recipe but they turned out fine. Easy Peasy too.

                              My bad. I made cinnamon rolls from a Krusteaz mix. We’re in Florida and I don’t have my normal pantry supplies (excuses,excuses). They were very good!

                                I bought a few ribeye steaks on sale. I didn't realize until too late that they were not USDA Choice but USDA approved. Anyway I grilled 2 and they were tough. So I decided to slice the other 2 (spiced) steaks on the diagonal and stir fry with onions and peppers and then added some TJ's souvlaki sauce and they turned out to be fabulous. Just ask my husband.

                                  We has tacos. Penzeys Spicy Taco mix is the best.
