I had a hamburger ,dill pickles and yogurt.I also made my 2nd batch of venison jerky and it turned out great.

Yesterday I had rotisserie chicken sandwich and today my friends daughter grilled us a steak and potatoes.
I baked a sour cream pound cake yesterday but put in two loaf pans , took one when we played cards
and the other one I took to my best friend today.They turned out well.I'm getting more use to my mixer still not sure when I need the one with flex beater or the paddle type for the cake.I started with flex but changed to the paddle.It sure creams the sugar quick and easy.Love it.
I had leftover egg roll in a bowl and it reheated well.
I had a bowl of venison chili and a hotdog.I also made venison jerky for the first time and it turned out pretty good.My sister in law gave me a dehydrator so I'm experimenting.
I used some apple pie filling put that in a dish and topped with a crumble of 1/2 cup flour,1/2-cup oats , 1/3-cup sugar and 3 tablespoons butter. I turned out good.
I made a new recipe for me and it was good Egg roll in a bowl and cooked in 30 minutes.I tried to place the recipe in the files I don't know if it worked ,I don't see it but here it is.
Egg roll in a bowl
1/4 cup soy sauce
1Tbsp.sesame oil ( I omitted)
1Tbsp. Avacoda oil (I omitted)
replaced both oils with canola oil
1 Tsp. minced garlic (I used the squeeze kind in a jar)
1Tsp. ginger paste
1 Tbsp hot honey I used regular honey
1 lb.-ground turkey
1-lb bag of coleslaw mix
Scramble turkey half way done add bag of coleslaw mix and sauce (just mix all sauce in a bowl) pour sauce over cabbage and turkey cook a little.Very good and cooked in 30 minutes.
I had Rotisserie chicken, squash , tomatoes and salad.
Repeat of venison chili and a hotdog.
Never had one like this ever.
Yesterday I made two loaves of Banana bread, took one when we went to play cards and I have one left for me or whoever wants it.
Yesterday I had a burger from Dairy Queen then we went to play cards,tonight I'm making a pot of venison chili,we've had rain and thunderstorms all day so this seems like a good choice.
I had a salad and a pizza on a flour tortilla, just right.
