Tonight I had a Healthy Choice meal with pineapple and chicken, easy and good.I got back home yesterday and had a wonderful time at the wedding and it was beautiful.I was there 6 days and busy everyday.My son took me to the Ft.Worth stockyards to see the long horn cattle walking down the street and that was amazing.I saw the spot Kennedy was shot and the Grassy knoll and Book Depository.Gave you an eerie feeling to see that.Loved every minute but was glad to get back home.I hope each of you has been well and all the Mother's had a great day.
I had a Healthy Choice pineapple chicken meal and it was very good.I'm leaving tomorrow for 6 days to the wedding for my granddaughter but I'll keep up with you all.
Yesterday and today I had scrambled eggs with spinach and parmesan cheese.Cleaning out the fridge because I'm going to Texas Wednesday for 6 days , my granddaughter is getting married Saturday.Big week ahead for me.
Baked chicken ,potato salad and lemon pie.
This was the pie today and it's held up fine.

I uploaded it straight from my iphone and the pie was great.My Mama would be proud of that pie as that was her specialty.
Lemon pie I did it! Finally got a photo, thanks to Mike and Len.I didn't make the graham cracker crust , we'll see how it tastes tonight.
