We had roasted chicken thighs, mashed potatoes, and salad.
Leftover chicken and rice with watermelon.
Sirloin steak with sauteed mushrooms and steamed broccoli
Tonight I had corn on the cob and a hamburger.
Salads with left over sirloin steak and tomato.
No real cooking. But tuna salad on the onion-wild rice buns I made the other day.
I bought a rotisserie chicken, so I had part of that with a little broccoli and a salad. Cherries for dessert.
We finished the black-eyed peas with ham and rice and had some microwaved fresh broccoli from last week's farmers market as well.
We finished most of the pasta with turkey and sauce tonight, although there is a bit left for me to have for lunch tomorrow. That will clear all planned overs, so I will need to cook again tomorrow.
My husband had tacos and I had a taco salad for dinner tonight.
Diane had beany weenie and I had a salad with the last of the sirloin steak.
I had leftover rotisserie chicken, broccoli and some pasta. I thought about doing something more creative with it but after doing yard work I went the easy route.
It's 97*-F at almost 6 pm so it's a tomato sandwich and chips for me tonight.
Today I made a potato salad, a broccoli salad, and a cowboy salad. Tomorrow is Father's Day, and our daughter's 49th birthday, so we're having our usual family celebration with most of the extended family here for the afternoon.
We did another lahvosh pizza and ate half of it. Not the lowest carb meal but it sounded good to Diane, who's had some stomach issues lately, so anything she was willing to eat was OK by me.
We also had some raw broccoli with some Deans French Onion dip.
