Ham salad sandwich.
I made a stir fry with left over pork roast, cauliflower, broccoli and carrot and had it with brown rice.
I made Cauliflower Pasta Soup for several meals. Afterwards, I tried a new recipe for pizza dough. It was a problem. There were 2 major typos in the recipe that I didn't catch before I started. Fortunately, it wasn't my first pizza dough, so I was able to correct them. I don't know if I'll use this recipe again. May depend on finished pizza, which is one or two days away, since I put dough in refrigerator.
We had breakfast sausages and blueberry pancakes with maple syrup for our dinner.
We had burgers on the grill tonight.
I made ground chicken pasta sauce.
We had leftover pork, leftover potato salad, and microwaved fresh broccoli.
We had chicken salad sandwiches and chips with pound cake for dessert.
Dinner tonight is Salmon and Couscous with Penzey’s Mural Seasoning. We also had microwaved frozen mixed vegetables.
Grilled cheese and tomato on multigrain sunflower bread - since the bread is small, I may toast and then broil open-faced.
Philly steak quesadillas.
Fresh tomato sandwiches with chips and watermelon.
On Friday, I made another batch of yogurt.
Dinner tonight will be roasted chicken thighs (six, so that we have leftovers), leftover potato salad, and microwaved fresh broccoli.
Dinner tonight was grilled pork chops, broccoli salad, and parmesan potatoes cooked in a cast iron skillet on the grill. If you Google parmesan potatoes you'll see a number of recipes that are all pretty similar. These were excellent.
We had a good country supper tonight of fried chicken, potato salad, white acre peas cooked with fresh pods of okra, sliced tomatoes and corn bread.Dang it was good and boiled peanuts for later on.
