We had hamburger steaks and fries.
Asparagus was on sale so I got some to make a penne pasta with Alfredo sauce and Tuscan chicken sausage. I added a little Brie to the sauce. We both enjoyed it and have dinner for tomorrow
I made roast salmon, cabbage with mushrooms and mashed potato.
Your dinner sounds delicious, CWCdesign. We are months away from asparagus in northern Indiana.
My asparagus will be up mid-May, and I can't wait!! It means gardening season is starting. And, it's the only human food my cat will eat. He sits in front of the microwave watching it cook - and waiting.
