We had creamed tuna on biscuits tonight. I need to make my cherry pie this evening, tomorrow is my wife's birthday and she wants a slice of pie at lunch.
Mmmm, cherry pie, sounds great Mike.
Tonight I had leftover chicken, brown rice and brussels sprouts.
Pie picture in baking thread. Dinner tonight will be Crab Alfredo on noodles, baked sweet potato and a tossed salad, with cherry pie for dessert. (My wife already had a piece of the pie for brunch.)
We had hamburger steaks and home cut fries.
Mike your Birthday dinner and pie sounds wonderful for your wife!Happy Birthday Mrs.Nolan!
Happy Birthday to Mike's wife. Continue to enjoy your cherry pie!
On Wednesday, I made mashed potatoes and used the drippings from the roast chicken to make gravy. We had it with leftover roast chicken and microwaved frozen peas. I had some of Cranberry-Cherry-Cardamom sauce as well.
Your cherry pie looks wonderful, Mike. It's my favorite type of pie. Happy Birthday to your wife.
Happy Birthday to Mrs Nolan!
Today I made chicken burgers seasoned with taco seasoning. Had one with a simple chicken veg soup made with low sodium boxed broth.
I can never decide if I like cherry pie better than apple pie or vice-versa, whichever one I made most recently, I guess. 🙂
Happy Birthday to Mike's wife. Your pie looks wonderful.
Yeah, send some pie my way! Looks good. Hamburgers tonight. Cookie baking this weekend. Looking forward to it!
Spaghetti and meat sauce with garlic toast.
Rotisserie chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted carrots. I found out that the left over, picked over roasted chicken makes excellent stock imho.
I agree, Navlys! I always use the meaty bones for broth.
I agree about the chicken bones too.
Tonight we had leftover green beans, sliced tomatoes, macaroni and cheese and a baked sweet potato.
Finishing off leftovers here, might have to actually cook something tomorrow.
