We had creamed tuna on biscuits tonight. I need to make my cherry pie this evening, tomorrow is my wife's birthday and she wants a slice of pie at lunch.

On Wednesday, I made mashed potatoes and used the drippings from the roast chicken to make gravy. We had it with leftover roast chicken and microwaved frozen peas. I had some of Cranberry-Cherry-Cardamom sauce as well.

Today I made chicken burgers seasoned with taco seasoning. Had one with a simple chicken veg soup made with low sodium boxed broth.

December 18, 2020 at 12:57 pm #27872Rotisserie chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted carrots. I found out that the left over, picked over roasted chicken makes excellent stock imho.
