Fluffy Rye Bread 1 1/2 lb. loaf

1 1/8 cups water
4 tsp butter
2 1/4 cups bread flour
3/4 cup rye flour
2 1/2 tbs sugar
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 tbs corn meal
1 1/2 tsp caraway seed
2 tsp bread machine yeast or 3 tsp active dry yeast
1/8 cup gluten

Basic setting, medium crust.
