Chocolate Icing

DESCRIPTION
Pair this with chocolate fleck cake

SUMMARY
Yield 1 cake Source Mom File under chocolate icing

INGREDIENTS
3 oz unsweetened chocolate
2 TB butter

2 3/4 Cup sifted confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
6 TB light cream

1 more tsp vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS
Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler

Mix sugar, salt, vanilla and cream
Mix into chocolate and keep on heat for 10 minutes
Add 1 tsp vanilla

If too stiff, add 1 tb more of cream
