Boursin

Found this in a magazine about 15 years ago, and have been making it ever since, always to rave reviews. Fresh herbs or dried work equally well.
2 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbl. fresh chives, or 1 Tbl. dried
2 Tbl. fresh dill, or 1 Tbl. dried
1 clove minced garlic, or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in food processor until thoroughly blended. Cover and refrigerate several hours to blend flavors. Serve with crackers or baguette slices.
