CAKE - Aunt Mildred's Carrot Cake

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar (I usually use 1 1/2 cups)
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon allspice
4 eggs (I use 2 eggs and 1/2 cup egg substitute)
3 1/2 cups grated carrot
1 1/2 cup veg oil (I use 1 cup)
Mix wet into dry, greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Frosting:
8 oz pkg of cream cheese (reduced fat)
1/2 to 1 stick softened butter
1 pound powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
