It's cold here and getting really low for us tonight and the wind is bad! I had leftover pork roast and veggies.

I also had some blueberries that were not being ate so I cooked them down for a small jar of sorta jam to go on toast, biscuits or bagels.

I was going to try a new recipe for cookies but today has been long and I'm tired, so I made the lemon oatmeal cookies and I'm finished in the kitchen , they're for Poker ♥️ tomorrow night.

Tonight I had pork roast with potatoes,,carrots and celery. Let it cook 4 hours at 325* it was delicious and lots of leftovers.

Today I reheated up leftovers from yesterday , I had biscuits for breakfast and the rest for supper with grits and eggs and bacon.

I had breakfast for supper.Bacon, eggs, grits and buttermilk biscuits. I hadn't made biscuits since my husband passed but they were delicious. I'll have the leftovers for breakfast tomorrow.

I had to have my oil changed in my truck and my friend has a body shop and he takes care of me, wouldn't let me pay so I came home and baked Oatmeal Chocolate Chip and Coconut cookies and peanut butter cookies to take to the shop tomorrow. I baked one batch of cookies for poker ♥️ tomorrow night.

Tonight I had some corn casserole with cream cheese sauce on it leftover from Thanksgiving and pineapple.Really good.

Tonight I had a BLT with a bowl of chili. Thanks Len for the kind thoughts.
Mike your pot pie sounds great and Len's turkey breast sounds wonderful.We didn't have turkey for Thanksgiving it was ham.

BakerAunt I noticed your pretty old dishes wheat I loved them.My mom had those and some she got in washing powder's back in the day. Beautiful!Homer Laughlin I think.

Today I made a small pot of chili and it was good on this rainy and damp day.I'm not complaining about the rain because we needed it!
