Mike for some reason I couldn't figure out how to post a recipe where it was suppose to go,anyway this recipe for pie crusts is so good to me and easy.It was actually one I adapted from Sylvia's Perfect Pie Crust but I've added more flour and water so it's not the same as hers.

I made pie crusts today and baked a coconut pie ,the crust was the best I've made yet.I usually get 4 crusts out of the recipe but divided it by 5 and it was just right for my deep dish tin foil pan.I weighed them and they were about 6.3 oz. and 6.6oz.Before when I made them I had a lot of hang over so I figured if I took a little off each one I'd get another crust-it worked.So now I still have 4 for the freezer.

Tonight we had meatloaf but I made it in hamburger patties, macaroni and cheese and red potatoes cut up in a can of green beans.I made pie crusts today and baked a coconut pie for dessert.

We still have a lot of Humming birds but they have slowed a little.We have three feeders hanging under a big cedar out front and we can see about 10 or 12 anytime we go out.They'll go all up in the tree then dart across the road to the woods.We watched 3 red headed wood peckers today they are so pretty.

Chocomouse I'd go nuts about them bears, especially if one got in the house,yikes!

Tonight we had BBQ chicken in the pot with onion and I had a gravy with BBQ sauce over it to go with leftover rice,creamed corn and I pan fried some sliced okra in an iron skillet in some bacon grease no beading and it was all so good.

Tonight we had breakfast for supper -pan fried sausage, grits, scrambled eggs and toast.

I made spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic toast.Always make enough I can freeze half for another meal.

We've had two or three showers today,nice!
