Tonight I had Chicken Noodle Soup I made with the leftover chicken bones from rotisserie chickens I had in the freezer.Added a carrot and some celery and a can of cream of chicken and the chicken and noodles .Really good and comfort food.

Merry Christmas to all and Happy Hanukkah .I 've been on the go with family and friends .I 've been reading your posts about all the foods and cooking all sounds so good.Mike your trifle looks wonderful and the lady fingers looked perfect!We had baked spaghetti with salad and garlic bread with all the trimmings and appetizers.Fun night Christmas Eve and Christmas day an old friend I worked with came and we went to lunch and just rode around all over the country side.

I had peanut butter and jam for supper, tomorrow will be a a big day at my friends and family's home.

I baked all day 4 coconut custard pies, three sour cream pound cakes, one lemon supreme pound cake and a carrot cake. I still have one more carrot cake to bake tomorrow. This old gal is pooped. All of this goes to friends and family.

My neighbor called me today and brought me fried catfish, cheese grits, fries, slaw and hush puppies. It was very good and I was baking all day in the kitchen.So it was a winner winner fish dinner 🙂

Today I made a Lemon Supreme pound cake for a friend and orange cake with a drizzle icing.Tonight I made a ginger snap cookie never made it before and I loved it, very spicy.
