Tonight I had a salami with tomato and provolone cheese sandwich and yogurt .

I had rotisserie chicken, sliced tomatoes and corn on the cob.

Thanks for all the comments on my trip! I went today with my cousin to pay the property taxes grrr.So while we were in town we had Mexican!

I have been so busy with my family but had a wonderful time in Texas. I got home yesterday afternoon and chilled out. I had to go get some groceries so tonight I had rotisserie chicken, salad and cheese sticks.

We had hamburgers today from a local restaurant my son likes, very good.,

I love cookbooks but so many I've never cooked anything out of them, and I also have stacks of recipes hand written too,I need to sit down and go through them and get rid of clutter..

I made it to Texas and when my son picked me up he said he had pot roast with potatoes and carrots in gravy and rice to put it on,it was delicious.

I had the last of the leftovers from the weekend. Fridge is cleaned out! I'll be keeping up with you all but enjoying my time in Texas, I'm so excited to see my family!

Dang it I wish we could sit down with each other and eat!Everything y'all post sounds good or looks amazing! I've been with friends for three days and we've had smoked chicken and sausage, ham and cheese sliders and today pizza with a lot of sides.
