Tonight I had a BLT with a bowl of chili. Thanks Len for the kind thoughts.
Mike your pot pie sounds great and Len's turkey breast sounds wonderful.We didn't have turkey for Thanksgiving it was ham.

BakerAunt I noticed your pretty old dishes wheat I loved them.My mom had those and some she got in washing powder's back in the day. Beautiful!Homer Laughlin I think.

Today I made a small pot of chili and it was good on this rainy and damp day.I'm not complaining about the rain because we needed it!

I had a long week last week with a death in the family, very hectic but all's getting back to normal.It was my best friend and kin through family's ex husband and her children's father. Stressful....

Tonight I had a fish sandwich with fruit. I know I didn't check in much last week and I pray each of you had a great Thanksgiving. We had our big meal Friday .

I see ya'll have been getting snow !Turning cool here again, but suppose to have rain tomorrow.

We had Manwich and chips and I made another cheesecake with cherry pie filling on top. Was the easy kind no bake.

Tonight I had a salami , cheese and tomato sandwich with dill pickles.

Cwcdesign I like the use of leftover veggies and chicken too!

Today I baked some pollock fillets sprayed with olive oil topped with bread crumbs and lemon juice, had tartar sauce and ketchup on the side and celery sticks with pimento cheese.Pretty good for a change.

Sunday I was at friends and we had burgers on the flat-stone grill with chips.Today I cooked squash with onions and I added a cubanelle peppers to it I like the taste and needed to use the pepper,I had sliced tomatoes and air fried bacon, dang it was good.

I made lemon oatmeal cookies and a cream cheese lemon pound cake I haven't decided yet what I'm taking for poker ♥️ tomorrow night.Either way I'm covered.

BakerAunt it was so cold, now for the next week we're suppose to not be below freezing.
